Dear friends,
we are turning to you with a request to support our intention to buy the land near the Santikaram Forest Temple. This plot of land is key to expanding our activities, ensuring tranquility and providing space for meditation and personal growth.
Why is this land important to us?
1. Expansion of space: The new land will allow us to create multiple zones for meditation, meetings and various recreational activities. But above all, it will ensure that we maintain an oasis of silence around the temple. If the land was acquired by another buyer, he could cut down the trees, build a cottage for rent, and thus the environment of Santikaram Forest Temple would be significantly disturbed, which might eventually mean its demise.
2. Community support: By creating a pleasant environment, we will strengthen the community and gain more friends who are looking for a peaceful and harmonious environment.
3. Personal growth: With the new premises, we will be able to organize various courses, workshops and lectures for the larger community, which will contribute to the education and personal growth of not only our members and supporters, but also the wider public.

Message for the recipient: donation for land
All donation will be used to finance the purchase of the plot of land with an area of 2,452 m2, par. no. 771/8 registered at Title Deed 935 in the cadastral territory of Stránske, Žilina district.
The price of the land is set at 130,000 Euros. The owner of the land guaranteed us the right of pre-emption only until the end of March 2025. If we do not buy the land by the specified date, he will offer it to another interested party. It is possible that in order to finance the purchase of land, the association will have to additionally apply for a bank loan, which it will subsequently repay. We will inform you about the purchase of the land.
In the case that the land cannot be purchased, the association will convene a General Assembly, which will decide how to dispose of your donations. There are several options (for example, the return of donations to individual donors), but all decisions will be within the competence of the General Assembly.

THE LIST OF DONORS
A donor who does not wish his name to be published in the list of donors can send an email to the association (santikaram.slovakia@gmail.com) stating under which "pseudonym" he will appear in the list of donors on the website.
Names (or pseudonyms) in the list of donors will be listed according to the amount of the donation in ascending order, i.e. the donor with the highest donation will be listed first. In the event that one donor donates land more than once, his donations will be added to one total amount, so his name will appear in the list of donors only once, and according to the sum of all his accumulated donations, he will be promoted to higher positions.
